Upon check in it was beautiful ,spacious, clean friendly and child friendly although we didnt see any. We entered our room and it had not been cleaned yet. It was immediately handled by the manager Kate and she changed our room , with many apologies ,understanding, and perk. There is free coffee and tea, the lobby , great security, and a fully stocked pantry by the front desk. We were only there overnight so we didn't use any of the many amenities. Breakfast was plentiful along we more great service. Plenty of parking. We did have very loud neighbors but was taken care of quickly by staff faster then my very tired self had a chance to even call. Great stay , wish I had more time .

NYFF just planned my son's bar mitzvah celebration from start to finish. Working with them was truly one of the highlights of this experience. Josh is attentive, professional, listens and delivers the best results. Julia is creative, incredibly responsive, catches every detail and created an amazing event. I can't recommend them enough and wish I had another event to plan asap!
