We would love to thank Hazel and her team for a beautiful execution of our daughter's 15th birthday party. She was incredible and oh the planning was amazing. I wanted the best of the best for my daughter, sparing no expense because she is truly deserving of it, and we hired Hazel after we attended another Qquinceanera and seeing how the ambiance was so flawless and everything was so well done, the place was beautifully decorated, and her team was so on point with everything. My friend chose her for Full Service, and they stated they loved everything and had no stress, so we wanted the same and did not care about the cost, so we hired her at the event. We are so pleased and thankful with all that she did, and she did, the venue was beautifully done, the timeline was on time, and she made sure the court for my daughter was professional and did their dance with some much emphasis it was just amazing. Other parents were reaching out to her for their daughter's birthday party and wanted to make sure she would be available. She will be very busy with my friends that is for sure. We had a huge party with 350 guests, and everyone was telling us how great the food, decor and the place looked, the Dj has us on the floor for hours dancing, we had a GRAND time. We will be using Hazel and her team as our planner in the future she has a vision that surpass anything we could of imagine, once you have the budget, she will take you to another level with her planning and decorations. Hazel there are not enough words to express our appreciation and our love for all that you did for Viola, she loved everything, and we are very satisfied with your services from beginning to end. Once we get back from abroad, we have another event to plan, so be ready. Thank you so much for everything and thanks for the amazing team that assisted you, they were wonderful.

Working with Dash of Details for my Baby Shower recently was like a breath of fresh air. The experience was the crème de la crème of experiences. I contacted this company 2 and a half weeks before my shower and Rodesha got back to me within 24 hours of my enquiry and it was smooth sailing from there. Let me start with customer service and professionalism. First of all, the customer service at Dash of Details is A1. Rodesha was very respectful, honest and professional in ALL her communications to me. If there was a request that she couldn't fulfill she'd let me know right off the bat that she couldn't. There wasn't a time that I felt she was being sketchy or dishonest and that made me very comfortable working with her. She created a contract and an invoice, set up a virtual meeting and went through everything, line by line with such clarity, there were absolutely no room for misunderstanding or confusion. Timeliness was never an issue with communication and I was very much impressed by that. Rodesha made herself very visible and available to answer any question(s) or concern(s) I had. If she took more than a couple of hour to reply to a message I sent, she immediately apologized and let me know she was caught up doing another event or something and this rarely ever happened. For the short notice I gave her which was basically 2 weeks, she really came through and made my shower a very special lifetime memory. When i walked in and saw the work of art, I wanted to cry. I gave her a vision, told her what i wanted, sent her inspo photos and everything was there when I walked in that night. Mind you, she make suggestions if she believe what you're asking for can be enhanced based on her experience as a event and party planner , just a perfect working relationship. Being pregnant and planning a shower can be very stressful and exhausting but not with Rodesha, she was very easy to work with. She listened, she planned and she delivered. My shower set up was so elegant, warm and unique. I got tons of compliments. Would I work with Rodesha and Dash of Details again? Heck, yes I would recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone who needs a professional, stress free experience with a Dash of Details.
