As we celebrated our little one's milestone, we entrusted the responsibility of party setup and decoration (our theme was "Lion King") to Meeka and we were very satisfied and pleased by the result. Every detail, from the decorations to the seamless coordination of activities, reflected Meeka and team's efficiency and professionalism. The decorations were nothing short of mesmerizing. Meeka and her team transformed our hall into a fairy jungle safari of sorts, with cutouts , frames , Stuffed animals and other decorations. Booked a party with Pip's a few months ago which took place last Saturday. From start to finish they we're nothing but professional, accommodating & friendly. I called and added an attendee to my event last minute & they were happy to add a spot for her. We had a lot of fun painting & the staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had time to snack, chat, open gifts & paint during our session - we never felt rushed. Overall, excellent. Thank you!

Carrie and her team at Touch of Elegance are a force to be reckoned with - talented, prompt, calm, and professional. I cannot begin to share all of the ways in which Carrie improved (and saved) our wedding. I recommend her services to anyone who is considering hiring a day-of-coordinator for their wedding. We were married on June 8th, 2019 at the Belle Isle Boat House. The venue is unique and beautiful, but difficult in many ways - you have to bring in everything from tables and chairs to decor. We booked the venue before hiring Carrie, so on our second visit to the venue, we began to get very nervous about our ability to pull off the wedding ... but then we met Carrie. She had solutions to ALL of our questions and concerns. Moreover, even though we only hired her as a day-of-coordinator, she gave us lots of tips during the planning process. On the day of the wedding, the outside of the Boat House flooded. That's right, flooded. AND the elevator was broken. But once again, Carrie and her team led the charge to save the wedding. We sent all of the groomsmen to be her minions and she put them to work. She re-jigged the ceremony layout, got as much of the decor set-up as possible, and honestly saved our wedding. Our friends and family are still talking about how awesome our wedding was - thank you in part to Carrie and Touch of Elegance.

My friends and I went to Crock A Doodle on Walker Road in Windsor located inside the Superstore. Emily who hosted the ladies night allowed my friends and I to bring our kids since we were the only ones who signed up- while us mommies painted she turned on a movie for our kids and was so amazing! Her customer service, knowledge and everything was amazing! Little did I know there was a Crock A Doodle in Windsor until I Visited the one in Niagara Falls and they told me about it so I didn't have to spend more money for shipping since I wouldn't be there when my pottery was done being glazed and in the kiln. More and more of my friends and I are planning another day/night to come with our kids and do a mommy and me paint Day at the Crock A Doodle in Windsor and with high Hopes that Emily will also be there! Honestly I've never met someone with so much happiness such amazing customer service, she is truly what makes my mom friends and I want to come back!
