One word -- AMAZING!! Andy made my 35th birthday party an absolute dream and unforgettable experience for me and my guests. live in Florida and my ten year old daughter went to camp in Maine over the last couple weeks. My parents took her to and back. But on the way back their car broke down. There’s no internet service there. They called me and asked me to find them a hotel room. I offered to pay for it. I called Heidi’s Inn location because it was on my google search. Not only was this girl, Kristine, extremely rude, she told me she worked for a tow company and was going to have their broken down car towed, that was parked in front of a car repair shop. The car shop owner told them he couldn’t get to it tomorrow. I was trying to pay for the room over the phone. She said she’d have to call the owner, but kept questioning me as I called the owner. Asking what car they drove and how much the tow fees would be. Finally she called the owner. And Kristine said the owners reply was no, I could not pay for my 10 year old daughter and 75 year old parents to get a hotel in their room. Instead I called the Ethan Allen Hotel. Spencer honored the Heidi’s inn rate after I explained my predicament, and upgraded their room. Kristine is not someone who needs to be working in the service industry. Also she said since they were doing me the favor I should be paying for their car to be fixed. Ok Kristine. I planned one sending them money for that too. But I was trying to get my parents and daughter to a safe location, since I’m currently in Florida and they have no internet service and keep calling me on their cell phones.
