Working with Crystal was one of the best decisions of our wedding day. From first contact to the day of and afterwards, she was nothing but kind, prompt, and a breeze to work with. She was always available via email, and I never waited more than an hour for a response. Meetings were so easy. We just met up, had some coffee, she listened and heard what we wanted for our wedding, and made it happen. And I dumped A LOT of stuff on her. I thought I was going to be a lot more organized come the day before the wedding. How foolish. She came to the rehearsal to run through everything and pick everything up, and I basically had a room full of stuff and went, "This goes here, this goes here, and all the rest of the stuff? Can you do something with it?" And she totally ran with it, made everything absolutely gorgeous. I was a wreck before she got there that night. And afterwards, everything was in her hands, and I couldn't have felt more secure about it. I cannot tell you how grateful I was to wake up the morning of our wedding, and just worry about myself and trying to enjoy the day. It really goes by so fast, and I would have missed everything if Crystal and her assistant, Storm, hadn't done such an awesome job of putting everything together. I cannot say enough about how good Crystal is at communicating. She was always available for even the smallest question, and she really does want to make your wedding exactly how you envision it. I hired her as a day-of-coordinator, but it feels like she did so much more than that. She had a great attitude and ran the day, and I didn't have to worry about ANY logistics of the day. Seriously, Crystal was one of the BEST decisions for our wedding and I cannot recommend her enough.

Hana Party has done a fabulous job at our recent event. She is very pleasant to work with and really goes the extra mile to add a special touch.  Her attention to detail can be seen in every little aspect of planning.  If you are looking for someone to plan your next event, look no further.   From the sign-in table to the dessert table, everything was magical.  Many of our guests were impressed with the decoration.  You helped us set the right mood. Ashlyn is amazing. We hired her for a wedding weekend at a vacation home for three days in Temecula. We had  a total of 22 people in the house. She coordinated all the details (Signs, Welcome bags,food lists, etc...) Right when I was thinking of something that needed to be done, before I could say it, she had it done. Breakfast, lunch, charcuterie boards, welcome drinks, dinner all Set up with signage. Oh and she even arranged flowers for most of the rooms.  Her creativity and attention to details is spot on. I don't know how we could have pulled this off with this large of a group with out her expertise. I can't say enough about her. You will not be disappointed!

We got the beautiful white and gold tents for a graduation party. They looked so elegant. The team was very kind and professional and the prices were very good compared to others we called.
