AMAAAAAAAAZING!!!!!!! If you’re thinking about booking cecyevents - DO IT! She makes super unique balloon garlands that have so much dimension and joy! I hired her for an elementary school graduation and she was so professional and flexible. She came to our school for a walk through before the event and took our vision and made it even better than we could have imagined. She was early to set up and right on time to tear down. Could not have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend! Our school will definitely be working with her in the future 🧡
