I recently used Type A Soiree for my wedding and it was the best experience! Veronica was very helpful throughout the planning process with providing referrals and ideas for our decor and theme. She was always responsive to emails and calls and was honest about her thoughts while accommodating what I wanted. She effortlessly coordinated the rehearsal and when it came to the wedding day, it went off without a hitch! She had brought four interns to help with the day and placed every decoration exactly where I had imagined it to be. Throughout the wedding she was on top of the schedule and we were actually running ahead because of the level of organization. Honestly, it was my dream wedding and I wasn't ever stressed because I knew she had it handled. I definitely recommend her and I can guarantee you, that you will not be disappointed and it is totally worth the investment!!

I can't recommend Thomas highly enough. He was so easy to work with and kept me calm and happy on the wedding day. I'm sure something must have gone wrong, but Thomas handled whatever went wrong so from my perspective, it went off without a hitch!We had also chosen our vendors before meeting with Thomas, but there were a lot of elements for our wedding--we had about 400 guests and 4 days of events. Thomas handled it all gracefully and easily. Several people have told us that ours was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to, and I credit Thomas for a lot of it. He did ourcenterpieces for one event when the florist didn't come through andthey were perfect. He made some judgment calls about design elements that were exactly right on. Many other people told me that Thomas has excellent taste, and that's definitely true. But he also cared about what we wanted and made sure that happened. With as many guests as we had to entertain, I couldn't have focused on the details and had a good time. I was really happy with how smoothly the events were run, but I had very little to do with making sure that happened on those days--it was all Thomas.Oh, and I also planned my wedding from DC with a lot of reliance onemail and phone communication to make things work. Thomas was always easy to reach, incredibly helpful, and happy to work with my mom or my sister if I couldn't be there. He is busy, but very accessible. And I'm surprised he's not completely booked all the time because of how incredible he is at what he does.
