I used Casablanca Cafe catering to help put on a fabulous Sixties Themed party for my Husband’s 60th birthday. I had identified the theme and needed a caterer when I was connected to Cher and her husband Chef Derek, the owners. They had a great reputation catering events. They not only helped me plan the menu but also helps with making the table linens, flowers and a photo scene all in the party theme.
The day of the event, they arrived as promised to set up. The food was delicious, especially the chipotle chicken and the pork. The themed cupcakes were perfect. The staff to serve and clean up were all friendly and very professional.
They were a big part of the party’s success with our guests commenting on how fabulously groovy it all was.
