I have been going to Connie for massage therapy for five months now to help me with tension and knots that I develop in my neck and back from stress, poor posture and other chronic spinal issues. I prefer a very deep tissue massage and Connie is able to deliver this. I have had few therapists who are able to work out my knots as well as she does.
She went the extra mile by providing me with information about ergonimics and by doing additional research on techniques that would help to address my specific issues. Since I have been seeing her, I do not have pain every day and my posture has improved dramatically. I would recommend her to anyone!

I booked a couples massage with my mom for Mother's Day and for some reason I got the time wrong but Fred was a sweetheart and rescheduled it for me without any penalties. Today we had 2 of the best massage therapists around this area. I was very tight in my shoulders and Fred's son did a great on getting out the kinks!!! I highly recommend this place and the facial was a added bonus because she was very knowledgeable!!

If you're looking for a deep tissue massage to get all your knots out, Jeff is your guy! I usually need to ask therapists for more pressure, but not this time!My massage was amazing. Jeff knows exactly where the knots are and used precise, strong movements to work out all the tension. A small portion of the massage was assisted stretching which was really good. I had a jammed finger which had been bothering me for a few days, and it got fixed during the hand massage portion.The massage room is located inside Sola Salons, so there's a little bit of noise from the rest of the building. But the relaxing music covered most of it so I didn't notice. It was easy to make an appointment online, and the automated texts to remind me to confirm my appointment were convenient.If you're looking for a fantastic deep tissue massage with no frills, this is the place to go. I will be back!
