Ellie is an amazing Massage Therapist. Her knowledge of trigger points combined with her skill in Ashiatsu is what helps relieve a lot of the tension I carry in my shoulders and upper back. After I see her for 90 minutes I have regular range of motion in my neck and I feel so much better!
