Atthena's Developed Healing truly is a unique gift. I was traveling back to NYC from a work trip when I pulled my lower back trying to lift my carry on into the overhead compartment. The strain in my lower back became increasingly painful over the 2 hour flight. Sharp pain was shooting up my spine and I couldn't sit comfortably. I had to use my purse as a firm back support for the remainder of the flight. When the plane landed, I could barely walk off the plane, moving at a pace of a snail.
