I was in a car accident and was doing physical therapy. The PT was not working and I was still having pain and numbness. I was referred to Dr. MacAdams by  two different doctors and decided to give it a try. Dr. MacAdams was diligent and kind at my consult and within a few weeks I was no longer having the numbness and the pain has really diminished. His staff, especially Loraine in the front office,  are extremely helpful and I am recovering quickly thanks to Dr. MacAdams. I would highly recommend Ladera Family & Sports Chiropractic.

Dr Fox is great! He helped me repair a bulging disc in my back without the need for surgery. I am now fully recovered and pain free.

Dr Ross has been a life saver for me. I suffer from it all. His patience, understanding and detail care has changed my life and everyone i have referred to his office. I highly recommend you see him if you have headaches, back an neck pain, sleeping problems and more    I can't imagine you will be disappointed.

Wrong and Wrong! I't so funny all the other four reviews are for the wrong business, apparently Google Maps confused DPBC with the french restaurant, the restaurant's outdoor space expanded and left DPBC a very small entrance. maybe that's why? DPBC is a hidden gem for great Massage and Facial, the ambiance is comfortable but not fency, I had my best luck in here finding Emily, I just figure out no matter where you go how much you pay for massage, it depends how lucky you get the massage therapiest! I showed up with the worst headach and neck back pain, as soon as she put her hands on my back, I felt peace and ease, 2 minuts later, my right shoulder felt a lot better, she explained to me my left lower hip was higher and left shoulder was pulled down and started to work on my middle back, the pressure was perfect, I come out like a new me,the "iron jacket" felling was gone, she was a good observer ,very intuitive,caring,the whole one hour I was very comfortable,not like some other places pressure was on the skin or too painful to breath. My massage experience is heaven on the earth! now I am a member of DPBC, $61 for 60 minutes deep tissue, I have told many friends,they all love here.

Had a great massage from Sonny on Saturday night! Had some pain in my upper back/shoulders and he erased all of it in 60 minutes.  The combination of deep tissue and hot stone was just what I needed and for the price this place is really incredible - very clean, very professional, nice atmosphere. Just make sure you have cash for tips - for the inexpensive price I was very happy to oblige.

While I was once a nay sayer of the power of chiropractic care, I can, now, after having been a patient of Dr. Dan's for about 8 months, say that I am a true believer. Whether I am in pain, mild discomfort, sick, or exhausted from my schedule, Dr. Dan has a solution. This man knows his stuff!!! I will, and do, preach his powers to just about anybody that will listen because he is JUST THAT AMAZING. He sees patients on a walk-in basis, which at times can be frustrating if you're very busy and have zero time, but it is made up for the many times you walk in with no wait since he always takes his time to give special individualized care no matter how many people are waiting.
