This is a great place. The classes are a fantastic workout and you also learn a lot about martial arts and self-defense. all the teachers are really well qualified and are friendly and enthusiastic. I have been coming here for over 6 years and it has really changed my life!!! It is great for fitness - but also self-esteem and confidence. I cannot recommend a fitness center more highly.

She has been incredible for my boys pushing them beyond their limits, and supporting them the whole way. I would highly recommend sending your children here, we have been beyond happy.

The instructor is great with kids, and knows how to get the most unruly youngster to focus on self-control while still having fun. It's not just for classes - he also occasionally offers little field trips. Anything to keep them out of your hair for an afternoon, right?For adults, this is an awesome place to get a great workout while having fun. No one is training to become a professional fighter, just to stay in shape, learn a practical skill, and have a good time. The people are friendly and the workouts are hard. You can do a free class to see whether you like it, but make sure you call first to let the instructor know.Last I checked, adult classes were at 6:45pm every weeknight (no Friday class) , and 1:30pm on Saturday. Perfect for coming after a stressful work day.
