This was the coolest place I have been in a long time. In reading some of the reviews, I have to agree it is not someplace to take someone with sensory issues as there is a lot of lights and sounds. As for the crowding, I would never go on a day kids are out of school. It is worth it to pull your kids out of school for a personal "field trip" because there is a great deal they will learn. More IMPORTANTLY, it will not be crowded. We went on January 24th, a Thursday, at 11am and it wasn't crowded at all. It still took over 5 hours to thoroughly enjoy everything with no lines. It was awesome and is definitely a place I recommend under the terms above and would go again. Know that you should wear sneakers/tennis shoes. Leave coats and purses in the car as there isn't any lockers. As far as the negative comment about Staff, we only encountered cheery, accommodating workers. That being said, if it's really crowded, I can see that it would effect staff in a negative way. They too would be overwhelmed. For crowded days, I would recommend the company do reservations on a staggered time schedule.
