You'll see the children laugh more than you can imagine. I'm a former Ringling Brothers Clown and have been doing this as my living for a long long time. I will have the children laughing and doing interactive magic I'll do a full magic/juggling comedy show that's full of audience participation. A birthday party show is usually an hour and ten minutes. a 45 minute minute magic/ juggling physical comedy show followed by 20 minutes of balloon animals then taking pictures and singing happy birthday. I've found this is about the right amount of time. I want to make sure all the children are in the show and they get as many balloon animals as they want. Making people laugh has always been my priority but I've found making children laugh brings a huge relief to parents and companies. It's really a pleasure to look up from the children laughing and seeing the adults having a great time as well.
My show is a family based. Everyone is going to laugh. Think of my show like Pixar movies. It's aimed at the children but you will laugh and have a great time as well.
When I left the circus, I wanted to make a living in the real world. I had always liked working with children and found making them laugh very natural.
It took quite a while to learn the skills to handle big groups but I've been doing this a long time. Now I find myself teaching and blogging to other family entertainers.
