Booked the limo ONE DAY before my birthday party with a few girlfriends. No issues. Solid price, solid everything.Ian, the sickest driver ever, showed up promptly and he was super cool with all of my guests. He quickly got us exactly where we needed to go. He was so quick that he was able to get us to our destination before my time limit was close to expiration, and I would have to pay extra. I recommend getting that driver if you can, he's awesome. I flew into Seattle back in July, 2019. I needed a to rent a #luxury, private van for me and my business colleagues to get to some of the #BusinessConferences in the #Seattle area. I found Pacific Northwest Limo online and dude were they awesome. He's got this crazy, new Mercedes Sprinter van that's totally custom. Mr. Kim and his crew took care of us and later that week we booked him to take us to some #WineCountry in #Yakima. Incredible. It's a trip of a lifetime that I'll never forget.

I purchased my current car from Enterprise Car Sales and have been completely pleased.  The process is easy (no haggle) and the website is easy to maneuver.  I'd done my research when I walked in - I knew what I wanted and knew that the price was unreal.  My car was listed at $2000 below blue book.The cars are put through a 100 point inspection prior to sale.  I appreciate that because its was a rental car I can be sure that the maintenance was logged and up to date.  After review of the VIN number I knew that I had a winner!The staff was fantastic - very nice and accommodating.  They sold my old car for me at a fair price and took care of the whole process with ease.The car itself comes with a one year limited warranty (engine and transmission) and you can purchase additional warrenty type things if you want to (I didn't).They called me about a week after I finished the transaction and made sure things were going well.  They also included a second set of keys  - always handy!Overall - the process is painless and easy and I will likely use them again for my next car-buying experience.

Our experience with Seattle STS Town Car was great from beginning to end. From the customer service specialist making sure we had a rear-facing car seat for my 2 yr. old granddaughter to our driver Danik who urged us to use curbside bag check in due to traveling with a 7 yr old & 2 yr. old and lugging not only bags but a Port-a-Crib too! A suggestion that made a huge difference in making things so much easier for us. Danik was 5 min. early for our 7 am pick-up. Safely got us to SeaTac by 7:30 am on a drizzly Sat. morning. Water bottles for all, which was thoughtful, and helped with all our luggage too. He was great, and we enjoyed the banter on the way to the airport. Large black Suburban was clean, roomy and a very smooth ride.Highly recommend this company!!! Made getting through Seattle and arriving at SeaTac a very good experience...could find no fault with anything! Would certainly use their services in the future. I will never Uber again, thanks to the consistently fabulous interactions with Abe for each of my trips. I have some early morning work flights and late night returns, and he is always there in a clean vehicle, on time (early, actually!) and is extremely communicative.
