He was there waiting right as we got out of the airport terminal despite our arrival being a little off time. He was so well mannered, polite, and friendly. If you are the kind of person who likes chatting you will find Derrick to be a man of many talents , interests, and stories. If you are the kind that wants a quiet ride Derrick is very respectful of the needs of his customers. I have never had a better experience. His vehicle was amazingly clean and well maintained and the captains chairs and nice cold fresh Fiji waters make you start your vacation off in style. He is a fantastic driver and leaves plenty of time to get you to your destination regardless of traffic or other hindrances. When we returned he was there promptly and waited for us to get off the ship despite a prolonged and chaotic disembarkation. I can not say enough good things about Derrick and his service.
