I used Charleston Charm Services for my weekend trip and encountered multiple flight delays and changes. Jim was able to accommodate the schedule changes and be there on time and with a smile, even late at night! I highly recommend them and will be using them for my next trip!

I couldn't have been more pleased with Ray and Charleston Downtown Limo. Before coming I had called numerous limo companies and Charleston Downtown Limo was far and away the cheapest and most attentive. Ray was exceptional. There aren't enough great things I can say about his services. He came early, waited on us, and was extremely accommodating. He helped make the bachelorette party even better and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that needs a car service.

We had an absolute great experience with Charleston Black Cab Company. We originally rented the 18 person party bus that we had planned to take to a concert. Unfortunately, the concert was rained out. Chs Black Cab Co. was very accommodating in pushing back the pick up time and scheduling multiple pick ups/drop offs since the night took an unexpected turn. Everyone I spoke to over the phone/our driver was extremely professional and polite. Overall 10/10 experience!! Will certainly use again.
