Honestly I don’t have enough good things to say about Santos VIP Limousine. They far exceeded my expectations and if I could I would rather them a million out of 10. We got married Memorial Day weekend and the weather was terrible!! The driver went out of his way and got himself soaked just to make sure myself and my bridal party stayed as dry as possible. I wasn’t even expecting this from him. He just did it! They were very professional and reasonably priced. The party bus we got was spotless, roomy and fun! We had the best time! Thank you!!

This is the BEST limo company EVER. I booked the 10 passenger Lincoln for my senior prom and noticing that I have 11 passengers I need to book a bigger limo but RoSals' helped me out a lot and finally I still have the 10 passenger limo with no extra cost. I've been annoying them with my emails and phone calls but they don't even mind and kindly assist me in everything. On the actual prom day, one of the stops took FOREVER because those girls are being slow on their makeup but the driver patiently waited for them. He helped us took pictures and is very friendly throughout the whole ride. RoSal's Limousine had made my prom night the best experience of my life. Thank you so much!!!

My family & I were looking for transportation to get us from NYC to Cape Liberty NJ for our family vacation. So it was a no brainer to ask yelp. HighLine Limo was one of the companies to pop up. I sent out quotes to several companies after 8pm not excepting to hear from anyone that night. I was wrong, Carmelo from HighLine Limo responded back almost immediately, asking the necessary questions. At first the transportation was for one way service, Carmelo prices were the most affordable (this included two pick up locations) the price included tax, tolls, & gratuity for the driver. Carmelo emailed me a very professional quote (which I loved), out of all the companies bidding this was the only company that sent over a professional quote. After showing my family the quote & voting we decided to get pricing for a round trip. Again Carmelo responded quickly and had a quote to me within 30 minutes. After discussing things to over with my family, we decided to go with HighLine Limo. The day of travel we had to pick up location, Jamaica, Queens 8am pick up & Long Island City, Queens 9am pick up. The driver called me at 7:30am to let me know he's was on his way to the first pick up. I alerted my sister who was the first pick up that he was on his way. The driver arrived just before 8am, by 8:05am my sister called to say that had left her home & was in route to me. The driver arrived to me by 8:45am (again arriving early). HighLine Limo had sent a 14 passengers sprinter with a luggage compartment. There was more than enough room for all 10 of us. The sprinter was clean, roomy, had AC, and the driver was very professional, & nice. We arrived at the ship terminal earlier than excepted. The return trip was just as smooth & professional. I set the pick up time for 11:00am of course we got of the boat super early. We were off the boat by 8:45am. I texted Carmelo to let him know we were off the ship early and the driver could come early if possible. Carmelo responded within 10 minutes, letting me know he had contacted the driver & he  was on his way. Due to traffic we had a little wait but the driver still arrive early @ 10:30am. Once again the driver was professional, the Benz sprinter was roomy, clean, & equipped with AC. The ride home was smooth. I would highly recommend HighLine Limo & will definitely use them in the future.
