My service with CityOnelimo was amazing! The driver his name was Jesiel was great! I schedule a pick up In San Francisco at 1:00pm to take me to Oakland. I got there a little early to see If he would be there early and sure enough he was there at 12;45pm waiting for me on time. His car was very nice a Black SUV Mercedes and clean In the inside. Overall my service was fantastic and I highly recommend It!!

No idea why the one person couldn't figure out the pricing and called them shady. Just start a reservation and it's right there as you book on their secure website. Seems like user error. If you have to be somewhere like the airport at a specific time scheduling a ride share doesn't mean they will come. It just triggers the app to send a request. And if they do come you are going on the freeway with someone who may be a horrible driver. Or not know how to get to the airport without their phone. I always use Pleasant Limo. Â YEARS now and it's consistently the same. Nice people driving who are professionals and safe. Edwin is one of my regular guys and he's the best. Just do the safe and reliable thing and use these guys. Drop offs and pickups at SFO are so easy. Texting to communicate and you can book online. They send reminders. I mess up the scheduling now and then and they fix it. So awesome. Highly recommend.

The confirmation and the woman I spoke with told me and my party to arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts, so we did expecting someone to be there waiting for us already. Nope, no one. Called the number about it, told me that the driver will arrive at the scheduled time. That's was the biggest problem we encountered seeing as how my party had a physically disabled members that can't stand for long and the meeting spot didn't have any seating at all.Aside from that, our driver Barry was a very good tour guide. I highly recommend him, very informative!
