After working for a nurse for 20 years I realized I had a lot of experience and wisdom to help others. When I had to medically retire as I could not stand on my feet for the long shift any longer. Fortunately, I had spent a year working on getting my Level 1 and 2 Certifications as a Personal Empowerment Coach during some of my time off work for injuries. Helping others reach for their dreams and work toward their goals inspires me!

Currently my services are only online/remotely offered. I currently work with individuals one on one but plan to start group courses within the next year.
