As I life coach, I won't ask you to do anything I haven't done. I have walked the steps of recovery, overcome codependency, raised a family, and made significant life changes. I have used all of the hardships in life to grow spiritually and mentally. My certifications are through Light University and I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) and International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA), and currently attending APU working in the Bachelor's of Psychology program.
I love watching people transform from hurt and pain, to joy and freedom.
I want to help others find the freedom and joy that I have found. I am an alcoholic in recovery, the definition of codependent, and I have juggled working, raising a family, and being a wife for 25 years. When I was able to overcome addiction and found freedom and healing through working a spiritual program, I was determined to help others find their joy and freedom too.
First and foremost I am honest and trustworthy. Secondly, I will not pressure you to do anything you don't want to do. Third, we will work a plan, schedule, and follow up that is tailored to your needs, not mine. This is about your healing and growth and we will work together to establish what that looks like for you.
I do have a home office for those who are local, but the majority of my work is done via telehealth. I use a secure electronic health record that professional counselors and psychiatrist use. All you need is an internet connection through your computer or phone to receive services.
My sessions are available online, or in person. My home office is set up to only see one client at a time. You will not be in a lobby with others.
