I was at a point in my life where I wanted more flexibility. If I was going to work hard and put in 50+ hours a week I wanted to do it for me; and then when I wanted to carve out more time for my family I wanted to be 100% in control of those decisions.
I know these transitions well - I’ve made intentional pivots and big leaps for my career and relationships and I’ve had huge unintentional pivots that have forced me to re-evaluate my goals and direction. I have a background in human resources and have received Life Coach certification from the leading institute in the industry - The Life Coach School. I hold space and work with my clients to get the results they desire.

All my services are online and remote via Zoom. I offer 1:1 coaching sessions that are offered monthly, bi-weekly or weekly. My clients will also get 24/7 Voxer support with weekly check-ins via the app.
I’m completely remote so clients can stay safe and comfortable with the services provided.
