I am a Certified Master Level Coach through Health Coach Institute with 5+ years of experience supporting women who feel: *Ashamed of their bodies *Out of control around food *Unable to speak up for themselves, set boundaries and ask for their needs to met *Lacking in confidence, worth and self esteem *Like no matter how hard they try, the life they desire is just out of reach Using my Transformational Coaching Skills (3 years of training in TCM) and my powerful private and group coaching programs, it is my greatest passion to support the women I work with to: *Find peace and acceptance in the bodies they are in *Build an intuitive and trusting relationship with food *Feel confident using their voice, speaking up and asking for their needs to be met *Assured within themselves and deeply connected to their worth *Empowered to create the life, work and relationships they desire I believe wholeheartedly in the power of the coach/client relationship to create healing and change in the life of any individual who is committed to showing up for themselves. As your coach, it's my job to help you open up possibilities and see new perspectives you might never have imagined, as you take empowered action to become the fullest expression of who you are.
My favorite thing about my job is helping my clients access the answers that already exist within them. As a coach, my job is to hold space, reflect and ask poignant questions that allow the person I'm working with to garner invaluable insight about themselves so that they can make empowered decisions for their health and life. When a client learns that the answers exist with them already, it allows them to access a level of connection and love with themselves that they have never experienced before. What's on the other side of that is magic.
What inspired me to start my business was my own experience navigating chronic body image issues, disordered eating and low self worth. After beginning my own healing and spiritual journey in 2015, I was able to finally find peace in my body and relationship with food, while uncovering the undeniable truth that my worth was never something to be earned, I knew I needed to help other women uncover this in themselves.

It's true that I have ample experience and certifications that make me an accomplished and capable coach, however what I feel sets me apart is my commitment to my own growth and healing. As a coach, I believe I can only take my clients as far as I'm willing to go myself. I do not come from a place of "having it all figured out" because I know from personal experience that healing is nonlinear and personal/spiritual development is a journey, not a destination. I approach myself with the same love, curiosity and openness that I use with my clients.
I also show up without agenda, expectation or a desire to make my clients think or be just like me. What's most important is that I help my clients uncover their own path, instead of directing them down mine.
