As a certified life and health coach, my specialties are divorce and life transition. This includes loss of a spouse, retirement, career change, empty nest and any major health challenge where individuals are looking to change and level up their health patterns.

I empower parents to successfully deal with their children's social and emotional behaviors. I also help them navigate parenthood while prioritizing themselves.

My job is to help heal you in life, we all have stresses but it’s how we climb out of these situations, reframe our experiences, and grow through what we go through. The life coaching process begins with an initial consultation in which you discuss your past experiences and current goals with your Me. A life coach then helps you develop a personalized action plan. Your action plan may include action step assignments, structured task management, and homework such as journaling.

All my methods, theories, and business practices are psychologically-informed and from the viewpoint of someone who has both studied and struggled with mental health. I excel at making my talks and leadership trainings both informative and fun. I treat events like conversations and dialogues because great ideas and healing come from great conversations.
