As a certified life and health coach, my specialties are divorce and life transition. This includes loss of a spouse, retirement, career change, empty nest and any major health challenge where individuals are looking to change and level up their health patterns.

I am a certified Life Coach, currently advancing my studies in Psychology. I use a holistic approach when coaching my clients. I view and treat my clients as whole beings, understanding that various life aspects are interconnected and that true well-being comes from harmony and balance in all these areas. I guide my clients to improve themselves mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

I empower parents to successfully deal with their children's social and emotional behaviors. I also help them navigate parenthood while prioritizing themselves.

All my methods, theories, and business practices are psychologically-informed and from the viewpoint of someone who has both studied and struggled with mental health. I excel at making my talks and leadership trainings both informative and fun. I treat events like conversations and dialogues because great ideas and healing come from great conversations.
