The time with Alyse Parise made me really think outside of the box. I truly had to get over my preconceived notions about charging before my services are performed. The short time with Alyse has resulted in (over $5,000/ month) in additional business over the past few years. I have become more confident and can now easily discuss money matters. The time with you was priceless!

My name is Emily and as a life coach, I specialize in personal lifestyle and relationship coaching. In lifestyle coaching, I help with: - Stress Relief - Anxiety Reduction - Time Management - Emotional Energy Management - Inner Dialogue Studies - Building Sustainable, Healthy Habits For relationships, I help with: - Couples - Parents and Children - Friends - Communication Methods - Establishing and Enforcing Boundaries - Measuring Progress - Damage Mitigation - Social Conflict Resolution Some of my niche specialties include: - Video Game Addiction - School-Related Stress - Perfectionism - Social Anxiety - Artist Block (inability to create despite wanting to create) - Pain Reduction in Pursuing Interests (hobbies) Our society is not held together just by our physical infrastructure, which includes roads, highways, bridges, sewers, power and internet connections. Our society is held together by the very people in it. Just as we learn and uphold the rules of traffic and how we dispose of our household waste, we learn and try to uphold a social-emotional infrastructure. We are taught the words, "Please," "Sorry," and "Thank you." A school needs electricity connected by wires, a water system connected by pipes and the internet for communications. Schools also need teachers and students. The better the social-emotional infrastructure, the more smoothly teachers can deliver, and the more easily students can receive. For most of my life, I have dealt with all kinds of inefficiencies that were the result of putting little value in addressing people's emotions and delivery of communication. My childhood hopping between the houses of my divorced parents. Family estrangement. Video game addiction that took the place of my time studying at college. Being afraid to trust clients when I perceive them as being "too nice" to me. I've come to realize that many of our challenges can just become manageable, or at best, resolved. I've also come to realize that it's acceptable if you discover that one way of doing things doesn't work for you. You can figure out next steps and try different things you haven't tried before, until you find a method that works much more comfortably for you. This is one of the many aspects of life coaching that I'm very passionate about. I offer individual and group coaching sessions. The largest group I can work with is 3 per session. The very first 1-hour session is free. We would discuss any challenges in your life that you'd like to address, and I give you an idea of my approach as your life coach.
I love cultivating nurturing relationships. I'm passionate about helping people form healthier connections with themselves so that they can more effectively build healthier relationships with others around them. I love helping to fulfill people's needs. People are so stressed out about their daily struggles, and too often don't know how to de-escalate their stress and anxiety levels. I'm passionate about helping people identify their next possible steps and giving them a sense of perspective for clarity.
I have dealt with all kinds of dysfunctional relationships in my life. I used to feel extremely intimidated by the idea of trying to resolving them, but now see them all as manageable. Where others may see someone as "stubborn," I am able to persuade them otherwise. I do not see people as stubborn. I firmly believe that those deemed "stubborn" simply have not discovered what works for them. Once I accepted that certain ways of accomplishing things doesn't work for me, I was honest with myself in pursuing the completion of tasks in a way that works best for me.
I have been through a lot of emotional trauma, whether it be with family, school, relationships and my career. I've come to realize I never had to be in as much emotional pain as I had experienced. I want to help relieve the pain that others feel.
Almost everyone is usually comfortable with opening up to me. I deconstruct challenges in many different ways, and into much smaller, bite-size pieces so that my clients feel much more confident about their next steps. I always meet you where you are, identify your goals, and bring you closer to a position of power and control over your own life.
I have been through many different dysfunctional relationships, and I'm sure I have much more to learn. But I have succeeded at de-escalating many high-tension social interactions -- whether they are family or school-related. I value everyone's thoughts, feelings, and other things that people are often quick to devalue. Even if a social interaction seems to end badly, I always take it as an opportunity to analyze the deconstruction of the interaction, and use that experience to improve my future social experiences.
I only provide my lifecoaching services online and remotely through video calls. Most likely Google Meets calls, but I can try to accommodate your preferences.
I always provide my services online and remotely. I don't usually meet with clients in person, but if anyone is close enough in proximity, I may consider meeting in person but I would be mindful of outdoor air circulation, hand sanitizer, physical contact and social distancing. I have also been vaccinated and had several boosters.
