I didn’t just study wellness; I lived it, using yoga to heal a debilitating back injury that left me unable to walk for over a year. This personal triumph fuels my passion to help others achieve their own transformations. 2. Global Expertise and Advanced Training: I’ve traveled the world to study with leading experts, amassing over 4,500 hours of teaching experience and 500+ hours of advanced yoga training.

As a woman with 20+ years of experience in the business world and a certified coach, I my focus is on helping other women find their purpose through reflection and a realistic view of what works for them. Small and meaningful change is the key to finding that sweet spot and a feeling of fulfillment.
