I worked for several years in the field of developmental disabilities running both non-profit and for-profit organizations that provided services to adults w developmental disabilities. Once I started my own family I wanted to have greater flexibility in my schedule and the ability to have a healthy work-life balance. I opened my first practice IE Counseling in 1999. As my family matured so did my practice. I gradually had more time to invest in my passion-helping others create a “A Life You Love”. I have always been a big believer in personal development and growth. Hence I attended additional training and became certified as a divorce mediator and coach. As a goal-oriented, outcome-focused person coaching allows me to really help others achieve their greatest potential.
I bring a wealth of personal and professional experience to my practices. Each client gets the best version of me at every session. I am energetic, optimistic and extremely driven to ensure everyone I work with leaves our sessions with the tools, techniques and resources they need to ensure success and happiness. I love building new businesses, careers and relationships that bring people joy and fullfillment.
