Hello, I'm Dr. Elizabeth Levitin—a Stress Management Integrative Life Coach, Hypnotist and Doctor of Pharmacy. I help stressed out folks make positive changes in their life, relationships and career while managing their mind and supporting their nervous system. Together we stop unhelpful patterns and create supportive ones. I offer customized private coaching with whatever you’ve got going on in your life.

I am an experienced and reliable Early Education Teacher certified by The Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care since 2001. I am also a certifying parent coach and currently studying Human Services at Bunker Hill Community College. I want to help you make gentle parenting decisions that secure your connection with your child. My work focuses on the strengths of both parents and children in order to help parents see their family members from a new perspective so that everyone feels loved and recognized for who they are.
