Although most of my clients are from America I have also worked with clients in Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Canada, Australia and France. I feel blessed to be able to help so many people all around the world.
I was in corporate American for almost 25 years. During that time I received a BA in Human Services and an MS in Counseling Studies. I have always had a desire to help people with raising confidence in all area's of their life. So much so that I started my business while I was still working in Corp America. Eventually, the department I was working in moved the manpower to another state. I had to leave my job. I saw that as a sign that the Universe was telling me that it was time to put all of my attention towards my purpose.
I have years of experience and have helped hundreds of people reach their goals. Sometimes the goal is simply to be happy and less stressed. I am an expert in knowing how the brain works in creating habits that lead to a happy life. Mindset is #1. Having session's over the phone is the best way to coach because it allows for you to focus without distractions. However, if you feel more comfortable on Zoom we can meet that way as well.
Working remotely so I do not have issue with Covid-19. I do not see people in person.
