Helps women with: Life Changes (job, location, family) Life Satisfaction (career, family, relationships) Organization and Goal-setting Motherhood overwhelm Stress Management Mindset Time Management Decision-making skills Health and Wellness goals Relationships Motivation, Career, and Direction Christian Spirituality A Life Coach for women, Elizabeth has more than 20 years experience mentoring and coaching young and older adults in her roles as Adjunct College Professor, Pastor, and Business Leader. Elizabeth launched her own online Life Coaching to help women transform as they walk through major life transitions. Elizabeth offers both on-demand and 1:1 coaching options, in addition to online courses. What sets Elizabeth apart from other Life Coaches is her firm belief that every person was created with a unique purpose to both impact the world in a significant way, and to experience true joy from leaning into that purpose. She believes that some of the best transformational work happens in seasons of life transition (like new relationships, new responsibilities, or recent loss). She comes alongside women who are overwhelmed, or who find themselves in seasons of transition where they need clarity, and helps them with the self-discovery required to uncover their unique purpose. Elizabeth helps her clients to establish goals that will help them strategize to say their very best yes in a new season of life, so that they can walk through a transition and be transformed into women of joyful purpose.
I love a good before and after. When I see lightbulbs begin to come on for a woman about how her passions and the things she LOVES are direct indicators of what she's made for, it's worthy of celebration. And when I can help someone begin to use their imagination about what their dream life could look like, I get really excited! We were made for JOY! I love helping people let it loose!
I love the opportunity to work closely with people. My experience as a teacher has shown me I'm good at helping people learn and understand. My experience as a pastor has shown me the value of helping people know they are seen, valued, and purposed. I wanted the opportunity to help women who are used to living in overwhelm realize that life can be clear, without chaos, and radiant with joy.
My perspective as a Life Coach is perhaps different than some. I believe each person is uniquely designed so that their lives would impact others. I also believe we were made to know JOY in this life, by leaning into our unique design and passions. I help women begin to find out that's true and possible for them too, so they can begin to build a joyful life now, and a lasting legacy for their family and future generations.
My services are all available online, so women anywhere can have the opportunity to receive coaching.
None needed - everything is remotely accessed, so I did not need to make any adjustments.
