Today, Integrative Clarity Coaching serves leaders through personal coaching & small group leadership facilitating— depending on the needs of the client, the sponsor, or the entire organization. Samuel’s approach to coaching involves a combination tools, exercises, and questions derived from various coaching modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Coaching. In addition to the breakthroughs & "aha" moments that my clients experience, watching them actually succeed in the goals they set out to achieve is the most rewarding part. Some sessions contain laughter, tears, the ability to breathe deeper, but when the lightbulbs they experience are met with actions they take that help them succeed, it means that I've done my job.
I became a life coach in 2016 after realizing I wanted to deliver a service beyond personal training (2014-2019). As a personal trainer, I watched many people experience confusion and burnout after chasing things that had no connection with who they were. Their goals were more connected to what they thought they needed to become for others and society (careers, relationships, etc.) than about what they wanted for themselves. I realized that I didn't just want my clients to have strong bodies, but strong minds, wills, and whys attached to a clear understanding of who they were. So in 2016, I decided to form my coaching practice to help individuals find who they are, set goals from that place of self-awareness, and actually achieve them. Today, my practice is geared towards developing leaders.
I've not only done my due diligence by getting trained & certified in a WIDE number of programs, but I've taken two years to be my "first client" and have used my systems on myself before giving them to any other client. As a natural consequence, my clients get an actual program that's been field tested by not only clients before them but the one who's in charge of that system. I pride my practice not only on constant education but leading from the front with what I've EXPERIENCED & not just read. Life coaching is an interestingly broad profession where anyone can call themselves a life coach anytime. Some read it, few live it out, and I am one of the coaches who eats from his own kitchen.
All services are strictly via Zoom. Coaching sessions happen for 1 hour per week, and then clients will be provided with an online digital journal that they'll be using for the other six days. In that journal, they'll find messages from me through text, audio, or video. They'll also be provided access to different tools and resources as they choose.
