I am a therapist and a certified Life, and Wellness Coach serving individuals, couples and organizations of all age groups. I have more than 6 years of experience counseling and helping others make decisions about their lives, future and reaching one's goals: emotional, relational, professional, spiritual. Whether your need is within the context of a stress, depression, relationship, personal life, or work challenges, working towards being your best self is always going to help get you where you want to be.

Life is unpredictable, filled with events beyond our control—be it a toxic workplace, neglectful parenting, a car accident, or the unique struggles of being the “only” in a space. Coping mechanisms developed during tough times may linger, limiting your potential in new life dynamics. Without awareness, these patterns shape your daily life. Even if recognized, breaking free requires more than desire or willpower.

My main focus is to assist men. I approach coaching with a combination of coaching and therapy. The goal is to assist men with getting unstuck, getting out of their own way, and to be accountable to themselves before trying to be accountable for others.

I provide an individualized program to help you with self-awareness, heal past trauma, set and meet goals, navigate relationships, communicate effectively, and create the life you deserve, while appreciating the life you have!
