25 years ago my life was drastically altered in a major way and quite frankly I was rudderless and anxious. Trauma and life issues, (i.e. COVID, etc.) have a tendency to alter our personal world so much that our life purpose can be derailed by the trauma and injustice. Regardless whether your situation is the result of internal or external trauma you need to know that when you ‘take out the baggage’, there is room for unbelievable purpose. I possess 40 years of experience in leadership roles where I have actively facilitated persons in a wide variety of organizations, including public, private and non-profit sectors. Adept at helping people develop their full potential by enabling them to flourish within their envelope of unique skills and abilities. Many years ago I was the recipient of a life coaching experience that altered the trajectory of my life personally and professionally. Before that experience I was floundering but my life coach kept me centered and helped me develop the tools to deal with the detours that inevitably come in our lives. Some of those detours can be debilitating if not dealt with properly and that is why I now offer this non-clinical support - because it changed my life so many years ago it is time I may be able to assist in changing others lives.

I only provide services online, by phone, zoom, or skype. I envision that, on rare occasions their may be an experience where we meet face-to-face. I expect to be a digital nomad and as such my travels may take me in various parts of the country/world. When my travels take me into an area where a client lives, sharing a beverage together would certainly be a blessing.
I lost both of my parents early on from COVID so I am very sensitive to the health issues. Since virtually all of my sessions are remote, that mitigates concern considerably. However for those rare face-to-face sessions I am vaccinated with both Pfizer shots, as well as the Booster and Monoclonal Antibody Shot. My caution results from my experience with the loss of my parents. They lived in an assisted living and early on during the pandemic some of the staff went to Mardi Gras in New Orleans and came back from the crowd as asymptomatic carriers. They unknowingly, and unintentionally exposed the residents of the assisted living and my parents both contracted it and died within a week of one another, so I am very sensitive to exposure issues.
