What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is the experience of the collaboration. Watching my client grow new neural pathways as the dots are connected and a new narrative suddenly makes sense. Some may say, it's pure magic. I say, no, it's pure science and a lot of hard work.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The helpers who helped me on my journey inspired me to think outside my own story. I remember reading an interview of Mr. Rogers who told the interviewer that his mother told him that whenever a tragedy struck to always look for the helpers. There would always be helpers. And I have always found that to be true.

Why should our clients choose you?

Those who choose me as their life coach will find that I am an active listener, one who understands the value of compassion, collaboration, and the wisdom of the client's expertise. It does not escape me that we are all human and none of us are impervious to needing support. I have learned a lot as I have and continue to journey through my own life. I have also learned so much as a coach, and from my professional training. I tend to use neuroscience as a 'home base' as I believe that we can solve so many of our issues simply by understanding and using our brain as a tool. I use mindful strategies to bring brain science to life.
