The best thing that my husband and I have done to improve our relationship was to get coaching from Helaine. We’ve been married for several years and our relationship needed a boost. Through the exercises and tools she shared with us, plus her expert coaching, Helaine helped us to see each other in a new light. We now have gratitude and appreciation for what each of us brings to our partnership. I’m happier, feel supported, loved and seen, and I love my husband more than ever!

I had been in a depression for years. At 51, I was ready to break free from the weight (physical & emotional) of carrying so many fears and doubts. I was on a mission of reinvention. Carri has a powerful mind and an easy manner that conveys and Ingnites healing, hope, clarity and action. I made major life changes in ways that I thought would take years to tackle. This is truly the most power investment I have ever made for myself, and I am grateful that Carri was the person who walked with me on this journey. I consider her a friend, and a long-lost sister. reach out to her.

I am so grateful to Rob Levy, who expertly guided me to break through subtle barriers in my thinking that had been playing out as sabotage. Rob used his super-sharp listening skills and uncanny ability to discern hidden clues, to show me a fresh perspective of who I really am and what is absolutely possible for me. Rob's direct, yet calm and caring demeanor caused me to feel comfortable and understood, while also keeping me on track with the goals that he helped me to create according to my stated desires. Being coached by Rob Levy is a very productive, supportive, uplifting, and inspiring experience that I highly recommend to everyone, especially those on a similar path.

Dr. John is awesome. He cares about his patients and is confident in his work because he really knows what he is doing. He's very helpful, sympathetic, and precise. When I have an appointment coming up I think of it sometimes as an appointment to see a good friend that happens to be the best chiropractor...

I found my reading with Arlene quite powerful. The cards she used were lovely, and Arlene held a supportive space and worked with them (and me)in a way that felt both confident and intuitive. I moved through quite a big feeling process during the reading and it bought valuable new awareness to the forefront for me to continue working with.

Paula is a life-changing therapist who is exceptional at what she does and genuinely cares. I cannot say enough great things about her and her practice. She is an exemplary human being and even better (if it is possible) therapist! Thank goodness I found her and so grateful for our therapy sessions.
It takes courage to seek growth, courage to even consider change. It took me nearly 46 years and a cancer diagnosis to take the step you have taken today. I understand how hard it can be. All of the "what ifs" I lived with for so long: what if I am just broken? What if this is just the way it is? What if that good life I see other people living just isn't something I get to have? I kept moving on, making the same choices over and over again, feeling stuck and exhausted and confused: Why am I broken? Why does it have to be this way? Why can't I have a different life? Why do I find myself in the same situations over and over again? Maybe, I thought, I could change if I had help? But, how do I trust someone not to judge me? How do I sit with myself and look at all of these things, choices, people, actions, decisions and not fall apart? So I just kept going, too overwhelmed to stop. What I needed was a place where I could feel safe when my only identifiable emotions were anxiety and dread. If I could feel safe, then maybe I could breathe, and if I could breathe I could exhale everything I was holding in my heart: abuse, trauma, dissociation, dysfunction, obsessions and compulsions and perfectionism. Process addictions, co-dependence, fear and anxiety and cancer and loss and back again. I have walked a long road and now, after making the same decision you face today, I am no longer afraid of what is ahead. I am strong enough to look back and help others find their way, and just by being here in this space with me, I know that you are too. You're not alone. You don't have to stay where you are. You are welcome here . You are safe. We can move on together toward the life that is waiting for you on the other side of whatever stands in your way. Your wounds can become wisdom when you allow yourself to exhale. www.wounds2wisdom.care
I have heard the call to service my entire life. After 22 years of giving my heart as a nurse it was devastating to have that taken away. Of course, I know now that I was still being called, just in a new way. Connecting with other women and supporting them through their growth has become my passion!
In 2019 I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. I learned that I was also a carrier of the BRCA 1 gene mutation and after completing chemotherapy I elected to become a "previvor" of breast cancer. Two days after my final surgery, the world went into quarantine. Unable to return to work due to immune suppression, I had to rethink my future. I knew I wanted to help other women, through cancer, abuse, addiction, or even navigating the challenges of everyday living. I couldn't work in the hospital, but I could work from home. So I returned to school and after certifying as a CARC I began a woman run office for women. W2W (Wounds to Wisdom, Woman to Woman).
My wellspring is fed by a lifetime of challenges and the spirit of love and care for myself and others.
