I am a compassionate, no-nonsense, trauma-informed life coach who listens to you, supports you in identifying perceptions, beliefs and ideas you are carrying that hold you back and helps you determine the best actions to take to move your life in the direction you want it to go. You will acquire new tools, unravel old patterns/ habits that don't work anymore, and integrate past issues that keep you stuck.

I have experienced several sessions with Amy for over the past 10 years and truly find her an amazing coach with a unique and powerful process. Her sessions are clear, compassionate and result in significant shifts in just one session. Remarkable.
Over the years, I have found Amy to have a very high level of integrity, self-awareness and thirst for what actually works as a healing modality. She has integrated her learning's for herself, and others, and from her professional training into her current framework. I experience Amy's work as powerful--based on the possibilities of the quantum universe we live in and upon the humanness of our life experience, our resultant beliefs, neurology and emotions. Her work is profound and yet simple.

I am a certified New Ventures West coach and since 2016 have served clients in and outside of business settings through a mindful, holistic approach to coaching and development. Coaching supports clients to become self-generating in their area of focus, moving from treating things reactively to developing integrated capabilities to approach the goals they have. I work with clients to co-create a development plan and use assessments, targeted exercises, self-awareness practices, and other tools to support the ongoing developmental process.
My coaching clients tell me how heard, seen and supported they feel when they work with me. I balance presence with action. We work together to identify goals, and set our path to meet them, always being compassionate with ourselves when the road takes unexpected turns. In terms of our trainings, our clients love how we seek to partner and collaborate with them. We are not a one-size-fits-all company. We want to learn about your particular challenges related to diversity, inclusion and intercultural collaboration so we can design the program that is best for you - where you get the mist results with the least effort.
I love deepening client's self-awareness. I love the moment a shift happens and they see a whole new world of possibility in front of them. I love the ah-ha moment when clients reach a new level of understanding and a sense of relief sets in because they finally see what had been blocking them. I love hearing how they have achieved their goals.
When I worked in international development in my 20's, I saw people who collaborated on international projects were frustrated. Locals were frustrated with ex-pats, ex-pats frustrated with locals. Even though they were collaborating on crucial projects like providing clean water or preventing human trafficking, burn out rates were high. I thought, "If we can't collaborate effectively and efficiently on projects like this, how will we ever deal with climate change and war." I dedicated my life to identifying tools, through extensive study than personal application, that have a real impact on our ability to build trust and collaborate across differences. What I did not know I started my business was how these same tools would help my clients experience life with more ease and less stress.
Clients should choose me if they want someone grounded, present, and ready to show up. Someone who will push them, and always be in their corner. I will always validate where you are, and encourage you to express honestly what is happening, even when--especially when-- it is uncomfortable. That is when shifts occur.
Of course! I use Zoom as an interface. I did work over Zoom before COVID and it is clearly important now.
I work exclusively remotely. I do hope after this we can meet in person but that is not a necessity.
