I started my business as a consulting company, focusing on business strategies and strategic marketing. After working with several small businesses, I realized that coaching was the missing piece that solidified change to begin and stick. Coaching is my focus, yet consulting is still available with several practice areas. I am an ICF ACC accredited coach, and I am an ACC Affiliated Coach with designations in Leadership and Emotional Intelligence.
