I specialize in helping people reduce stress, anxiety and help introduce better self-care practices into their lives. I've been told that I'm "super emphatic!," and many people that I work with report that they enjoy more calmness, productivity and drive to reach their goals. I often utilize non-traditional modalities such as breath work, meditation, grounding exercises and spiritual practices.

Ruby is a profound treasure to those who want to go higher, deeper, more grounded and further in life. She has the ability to bring peace and draw new insights within you at the same time. Her ability to made you feel known, embraced, and supported yet not just sharing / asking what you "want" to hear, but also what you "need" to grow made her an amazing coach to work with! Highly recommend her, anytime.
My name is Kelsay Elizabeth Myers, and who I am in the world is a person relating on multiple levels of the self for the deepest reflection. I stand for self-expression in all of its forms: embodied, spiritual, written and living. I stand for authentic connection, beauty, and the desire to be boldly and unashamedly human. I stand for all who long to become a unique voice for their future selves. As an Expressive Arts Coach and Registered Somatic Movement Educator with the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association, I am passionate about trauma healing and restoring connection to ancestral roots and wisdom for a fuller sense of self and creative expression. I am a force for compassionate change, helping creative individuals who want freedom from inner blocks holding them back embody resources to transform their life with soul-based expressive arts programs and courses. I'm also a Reiki II Practitioner and offer energy healing packages as well as individual sessions to further integrate the work from my coaching sessions. I draw from a wide range of knowledge and experiences when creating my offerings for my business, Dialogical Persona Healing Arts, LLC. Having earned dual MFA degrees in Creative Nonfiction and Poetry from Saint Mary’s College of California, I'm now a Ph.D student in Transformative Inquiry at California Institute of Integral Studies where I'm using somatic and arts-based research methods to explore trauma healing and wholeness. And, I bring several years of training with Tamalpa Institute in the Life/Art Process®, Clean Language facilitation, Presencing and Holding Space through The Academy for Soul-based Coaching, and integrative somatic trauma therapy modalities. I'm also a professional writer and artist. I'm currently an Executive Contributing Writer to BRAINZ Magazine in their personal development section, and other work has been published in K'in Literary Journal, For Women Who Roar™, White Stag’s #PSYCHOLOGIA and #FIREBRAND anthologies, Waxwing, New Delta Review, Portland Review and More Voices: A Collection of Works from Asian Adoptees (Koryo Press), among others. I'm here on this life path to learn how to embody myself, to truly accept what arises within me and express it, so that I may serve as a guide to bring others into their own full and creative expressions. My work and research provide a mirror for how the whole self can become a living expression of what it means to be human.
I founded Dialogical Persona Healing Arts, LLC on February 24, 2020 to serve those who are unfolding in their life and relationships by offering Soul-based Coaching, transformative inquiry, and energy work while I finished my doctoral program, practitioner trainings, and personal embodiment process. Little did I know that in a matter of weeks an international pandemic would change the world and lead to many people needing online support through the embodied arts. In the past two years, my business, skills, embodied practice, and personal growth has flourished. The integration I’ve experienced through The Academy for Soul-based Coaching and the Tamalpa Institute Life/Art Process by moving, writing, drawing and embodying the symbols and metaphors of my soul have allowed me to trust and have more confidence in myself than I imagined was possible, as well as be okay with uncertainty and not knowing what’s ahead at a time when we all were thrown into a state of not knowing what was happening in the world.
Trust, surrender, and being okay with not knowing were not easy for me as a Korean adoptee relinquished at birth. I’ve been trying to learn about who I am and what my place in the world is through reading, writing, art, philosophy, psychology, spirituality and an openness and curiosity for looking at myself and into myself that have formed the core of my identity from a very young age. But it wasn’t until I learned how to be in my body and move with what it has been holding for more than thirty years that I felt like a whole person. And by whole, I mean a person who is in touch with and attuned to what they feel in addition to what they believe; a person who experiences sensations, tingles, warmth, numbness, coolness, bubbles, gooeyness, and energy shifts in different parts of her body, sometimes simultaneously, and sometimes still nothing at all.
What I’ve learned is that embodied multimodal arts are essential to the process of integrating the multifaceted parts of the self, and that integration is not linear. I’ve experienced the process as flowing in, out, and between ideas of solidarity, connection, empowerment, self-expression, and the many qualities they also contain. It’s been a journey in and of itself that is cyclic and living. And my own offerings and ways of serving my communities keep expanding and renewing in response. In addition to Soul-based Coaching and Reiki, I now offer two signature coaching programs: Write, Embody, Heal and Mirrors of the Soul; two self-paced online courses in expressive arts and embodied writing, and a group program for other Korean adoptees to experience the Tamalpa Life/Art Process.
Being immersed in my own healing process the past six years has shown me that I am truly passionate about trauma healing and restoring connection to ancestral roots and wisdom. The mission of my work is to hold space for the full expression of a living, vibrant and multifaceted self through the embodied arts. I’m looking forward to all the new opportunities that continue to unfold as my clients and I do. If any of this resonates with you or you want some extra support in your own process of unfolding, please reach out to me through Bark or directly on my website: www.dialogicalpersona.com
Most of my work is done online with an international clientele. For those local or close to Marin in the San Francisco Bay Area, we can arrange in-person work on a case-by-case basis if it feels aligned and safe for us both.
As an online business, my work has flourished during the pandemic since it can be done remotely, and I'm very familiar and comfortable with virtual work. I occasionally take in-person clients, and we do sit six feet apart for coaching sessions, and I wear a mask if that's more comfortable as well. For Reiki, we would both wear masks. I am also fully vaccinated with the Johnson & Johnson shot and have had my second dose as a booster, which they say has a 94% coverage, even with Omicron.
