He was energetic and super professional in every aspect of the planning and execution of our wedding and reception. He answered our emails immediately and met with us several times before the wedding to make sure we had everything set up the way we wanted. He spent hours before and after, setting up to make sure the lighting and sound was the best it could be. My wife and I stumbled upon ActivSound when browsing through our Knot website. I sent Randy an inquiry message and almost immediately got a reply. He invited us to visit his showroom in Tempe and after our first meeting I knew we were going to book Randy and his crew. Randy was very professional and I could tell he would be great for our wedding. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Randy and his crew were from start to finish. From the months leading up to the big day Randy was always accessible and we were able to meet him in person multiple times to make sure everything was set to go. He took extra time to ask great questions to feel out our favorite styles of music and what the guests would want to hear. On the day of his crew was there at 10am (our wedding wasn't until 5pm) to make sure everything was perfect. Randy let us customize our music playlist as much as we wanted (we only had a few songs on our "must play list") and did an outstanding job building an amazing and energetic set list all night. I can't even count how many guests came up to me during and after the wedding telling me how great Randy and crew were. Outside of the great music selection Randy also really kept the crowd engaged. He even played a "Name That Tune" game as fun way to call tables up to the buffet. From beginning to end the dance floor was never empty. Also the lighting and effects were incredible. He even brought a lighting engineer to control the lights the entire night! Randy and crew exceeded expectations in every category and I wouldn't ever consider hiring someone else for a future event in need of a DJ!
