This was a complete demolition and renovation of an apartment bathroom. It was an old and outdated, quite small bathroom, but Robyn was able to make it a showplace. She suggested that we move the stall shower to where the tub was, and created a closet in place of the shower. She made excellent suggestions along the way and was always available to answer our questions. She provided detailed plans, made suggestions for purchases, met me at the vendors, made the purchases and checked in on a regular basis. Robyn was also quick to make changes when warranted. Some of the things that were suggested that make the bathroom even more functional are a fold-down bench in the shower, nice-looking grab-bars in the shower, but my favorite is the outlet inside the vanity which allows me to keep my hair blower always handy, but out of sight. She was able to work well with our contractor with whom she was not familiar and gained his respect for the ideas that she provided.

She spent the time & put together a beautiful little package that got us everything we need when we thought we'd only be able to get the living room this month. There was a little problem with the delivery scheduling, but we called Belkis, our salesperson, and she got the manager (Eric?) to step in and make everything smooth. She told us she was on it, she was and everything was great. We bought A LOT of furniture through the years (long story) - buying furniture is never, never, easy and we have stories! It's impossible to have completely good experience, but this lady took charge & didn't let us down. We invited her for Thanksgiving:)
