Jarret was recommended to me (late in my planning) by a mutual friend who was a previous client of Jarret's. (I needed a new design for a complete redesign of my apartment's interior.) After having already interviewed several design firms, Jarret immediately impressed me with his attitude, design sensibilities, his ability to listen to my needs and requirements, his solution, his out-sourcing contacts, patiently working with me on his design (as I would tweak it, toss-in new ideas or requirements), his planning and scheduling the work (and overseeing all the workmen, etc., needed to complete the job - as well as twice visiting the work-site itself), and finally ensuring that the finished project was correctly done and done well. As the project proceeded Jarret also was a terrific source of (free) advice concerning all things regarding the interior design and accessorizing of my apartment. He loves what he does and his enthusiasm and knowledge are a great combination. All-in-all it was a positive experience - and I'd certainly use Jarret again in the future as well as recommend him to others.
