Earlier today I had posted a negative review on John and This Is It Furniture regarding a situation where I had felt intentionally lied to. My husband and I had gone in almost three weeks ago and placed an order for a sectional and were told that we would have it within 10 days. Then something happened to delay the order and John told us we would have it about a week and a half later, which comes out to tomorrow. When my husband called earlier today to confirm, he was told by another associate that we were actually on a 4-8 week waiting period. Boy, when my husband told me that, was I mad. I had thought that this was some shady business tactics and it did not make me feel good about this company thinking that we had been intentionally lied to. I even sent a personal message to this FB page regarding the situation. I thought I either wouldn't hear back or that I would be told some other crap to try to calm me down or whatever. Instead of getting a reply to that message, Big Mike personally called my husband (it's his number on the order) and apologized for the miscommunication and explained that normally it does take orders 4-8 weeks to come in, however John had done us a favor and did something to get it expedited for us, and the person my husband spoke with today was actually quoting the normal time frame rather than what was actually expected for our order. We were still on track for it to arrive at the store tomorrow. It's crazy how quickly it was between being told incorrect information to receiving a personal call from Big Mike. I want to thank Big Mike for setting everything straight for us, and John for hooking us up with some expedited shipping! I can say I'll definitely be back to do more business with you in the future!

Bryan is awesome! I would highly recommend B. Little Interiors to any and all. Bryan helped me pick out blinds for my new home and I love them. He helped me with colors and material in my bedrooms, where I wanted to be more frugal. I was thrilled when hearing that B.
