I love helping families live and support each other. I love seeing young professionals work through the immigration challenges so they may start their careers. I love providing security for families, companies, and employees so that they may continue living peacefully and growing with our diverse nation.
I have been working with immigrant communities since 2005. In the last 15 years, there have been significant difficulties in securing work and travel authorization in the United States. Helping immigrants secure a way to provide for their families and build their specific cultural community in the US has inspired me to start my firm.
I have been working in immigration law since 2005. I have more than 15 years’ experience in general immigration law. I spent my first 5 years as a Senior Paralegal at the reputable immigration law firm located in Boston, MA. During my time there I assisted in the representation of businesses, institutions and individuals on a wide range of U.S. immigration and nationality issues. While working as a paralegal, I attended Suffolk University Law School evening program in pursuit of my Juris Doctor which I earned in 2012 with honors. I passed the New York State Bar Exam and have been a licensed immigration attorney since August 2012. Upon licensure, I moved to San Francisco, CA to be an Associate at Ryvin Wallace Group. As an Associate I filed numerous and complex business and family-based immigration cases. My primary focuses were on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant cases for technology start-ups and government contractors. In 2015, I relocated to Washington, D.C. as an Associate for Deutsch, Killea & Eapen working on immigration cases nationwide, in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland.
I particularly handle non-immigrant H-1B Specialty Worker cases, employment-based permanent-residence cases (Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, National Interest Waiver and PERM labor certification). This includes I-140 immigrant petitions, followed by adjustment of status or consular processing.
I also have a successful track record securing permanent residence based on fiancé, marriage and parent-child relationships.
