Fariba, helped me get my Green Card under EB1 category. Working with her for the year or so it took for our process to get through, I came to develop a high regard for her knowledge of the way applications are assessed and how to meet the criteria for a successful application. At one point my husband's attorney suggested that we take a completely different course, but Fariba convinced us that her approach was the right one and guided our application to acceptance.Beyond her professional excellence, she is really a person who cares. Being an immigrant, my husband and I have had our share of immigration attorneys we have dealt with over years. To most of them you are just another case. But Fariba, understands the implications the process has for your life, and treated our application with the same importance we imparted to it. She always kept us informed about what to anticipate as our application progressed. I have to append my review.  This lady saved my bacon by taking me back after my other plans fell through.  And I may say, it was literally the day before.  The word on the street is that she is very smart and effective and well respected by lawyer colleagues.  We'll see.  I'm in a mess, getting deported (and then issued a valid visa.  Don't you feel safe).  Update to come.***update.  I have to say, this lady is a class act.  She reminded me very subtly that I need a little lesson in humility, and (gasp) that I don't know it all...  So I'm still waiting, waiting for things to get sorted out.  In the meantime, I sure appreciated her candor and direction.  Will update more when there is something to write.  In the meantime I am pleased with how things are progressing.
