Hypnotherapy and Reiki sessions facilitate healing related to issues of stress, anxiety, communication issues, empowerment, trauma, mental and emotional blockages, regression, past life regression, and the list goes on. Much of this work can be done in person or over Zoom. *Hypnotherapy is not covered by insurance. However, with a lot of issues, Hypnotherapy can help within just a few sessions.

I have worked for other people and learned many things along the way; both what TO do and what not to do. I feel I can make the most impact by taking all that I have learned from others and combining that knowledge with my passion, to create a wonderful healing practice. I have two teenaged sons and a wonderful husband and being able to create a schedule that works both my family and for my clients leaves me feeling whole and of the utmost help to others.
