Bill Grove has been my therapist for myself and my family for a number of years and has been extremely helpful for us. His knowledge and insight are wonderful and he can see things and offer answers that still surprise me as they are so clear when he talks about them. I think he is a wonderful therapist and a good person. Â He has helped me with pain management through hypnotherapy and it works beautifully. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a great therapist.

I have been seeing Uki for years. She is truly gifted and a master at her craft! It is so nice to have a teacher of sorts who guides you on what is the best direction to take. She has helped me with my career, health, spirituality and relationships. Most importantly, her guidance is extremely accurate and spot on. She also happens to be a beautiful soul. I highly recommend Uki!

I really found my sessions with Sheri very helpful. I travel globally for my career and find it very difficult to sleep. After a few sessions of hypnosis with Sheri's help, I was able to develop a mental routine that works and find myself sleeping well in circumstances I would previously find challenging. I recommend Hypnosis for Mind and Body. This really worked for me.

I started working with Brad to help reduce anxiety and improve sleep. I was pretty hesitant to try hypnotherapy only because I wasn't sure how the process would work. I've tried traditional therapy methods in the past and I would feel better for awhile after "talking things out" but would ultimately land right back where I was: an exhausted, anxious mess. Brad was amazing at explaining the process of hypnotherapy to ease nerves. He also spent a lot of time listening to my goals and what I wanted to achieve by doing hypnotherapy. You can immediately tell he cares a great deal about people and truly wants you to be the best version of yourself. Hypnotherapy definitely requires you to put in some work yourself, but Brad has been an amazing navigator in directing me to my goals. Fast forward six weeks later and I'm not only sleeping better but I FEEL better. I'm less stressed and more calm and collected in general. I'm excited to continue my journey in hypnotherapy with Brad because I am confident with his skill set and my yearning to better myself, I can be the best version of me.

This is easy for me to answer. I love the results my clients experience. I love the reports of greater self-confidence, peace of mind, resolved relationship issues, and the resolution of life challenges. I love the look of gratitude in their eyes when their lives have changed for the better. In the workshops I do with clients I love the love and kindness they show each other. I love the unsolicited texts, emails, and letters of gratitude I receive from clients I have not seen for years. I love especially the love they have found within themselves.
My father was a physician and from the time I was a child I knew I wanted to do something that helped others. I didn't know what that was but as I grew and matured I was constantly pulled by a feeling of joyful expectation at what that would be. I learned over time that those feelings are the manifestation of a true calling. Later in graduate school I became clear that I was to be a therapist. One of my professors was Carl Rogers, the father of humanistic psychology. He took me under his wing for a time and I learned compassion and patience from him. I felt that to do justice to my future clients I needed to do the work I would ask others to do myself as well. So a big part of my training was for me to be a client in therapy myself. Then I read a book about Dr. Milton Erickson, the father of hypnotherapy. I was deeply inspired by his healing processes. I consequently contacted him and he invited me to join him for training. His training opened an additional and inspiring door for deeper and more effective treatment for my clients.
This therapy gets results. Over the many years of private practice I have developed a style and processes that get to the root of any problem. I don't treat symptoms. I treat the underlying cause, the core of how you think, feel, and act. I understand how we are programmed throughout our lives and how we are motivated by the subconscious core beliefs we carry about ourselves, life, and others. I understand how to help you transform those self-defeating core beliefs into core beliefs that support healthy adult experience. I do all this with compassion, respect, and a directness that helps you transcend your defenses.
