Brad is usually very busy, because he's VERY GOOD at what he does! I've used him for solving electrical & lighting issues, for helping me remove the squeaks from my floors, everything from rebuilding my gate to fixing roofing or plumbing leaks. The man knows a lot about everything when it comes to houses, and is very good at tracing down and solving odd issues. He's very knowledgeable. There's very little this man can't do, and if he can't fix it, he'll tell you what you need to do to get things fixed right!He's my go-to guy for all my housing issues.

It looks really good, too.The project had the normal schedule problems, and he still finished on time.The bathroom has 6 months of use now, and everything is still perfect.The price was high, but he was the only contractor who gave us a serious bid at the level of quality we wanted, so I'm not sure how high.I agree with the reviewer about asking for HCS Denver tile subcontractor Nixon. The tile work was really well done.The painter and plumber subs were good, too.
