This company diagnoses and fixes problems with your home's foundation. The owner Tom Pelletier just spent an hour at our house addressing our various concerns. He was really informative (and REALLY nice) and left after a whole hour without trying to sell us a single service. Basically, he explained why certain beams in our foundation were leaning and why we didn't need to worry about it. He could have told us ANYTHING and we would have believed him (we're a couple of idiots about construction stuff)... I mean, he could have taken complete advantage of us. Instead, he gave us the number of a good drainage guy and said that's our only concern. He spent an hour here and will not make a penny. WHAT A GREAT GUY!

Very responsive! Hovik corresponded with me almost immediately. I needed a whole house fan replaced and Hovik sent out Edgar and Albert. The fan I purchased was too small so they came back an hour or so later after I exchanged it for the correct size. They opened the box and the fan was assembled wrong and missing some screws!  I had bought the last one so I thought I was going to have to reschedule the installation and search for a new fan. Instead they said they would see if they could reassemble it and they did!!! They installed it within an hour and cleaned up after themselves, taking away the old fan and new packaging. I can't tell you how impressed I am with their skill and service. I will definitely be using them again.

Roney Montiero and his teams in both his office and the field did a complex apartment remodel for me.  The many aspects concluded excellently.   Floor leveling, hardwood floor installation, kitchen remodel including some trouble shooting with unlevel ceiling and installation issues.  Also, bathroom romodel with creative problem solving with plumbing, floor and fixture installation.  The outcome of the work was always satisfactory, which was clearly Roney's primary objective.  The best aspect of working with him was the always pleasant and professional communication, at which I would rank him A+!  Finally, I would like to add that I always felt he was respectful and kept my interests foremost in his thinking, which gave me a certain comfort and confidence in dealing with him on the first contract with his company.    He is a pro and a gentleman.  I can recommend him to anyone without any reservation whatsoever.

Solid builders made a beautiful work in my kitchen. Mike was our project manager. he was very professional and explain us all the process. the team came on time, they moved the trash and did a great work. thank you guys for make my kitchen look so nice !
